The method we are discussing is so simple, so straightforward, and so inventive, that many people haven’t heard of it, and most don’t use it. It does take some basic understanding of the concepts, but once learned, you can use this tool, not just on Real Estate, but also on any tangible or intangible asset that exists.
This method of investing is commonly called Straight Options. NOT NECESSARILY Lease Options. LEASE OPTIONS are a little brother of options, but that’s NOT THE SUBJECT OF THIS BOOK. Much has already been written about Lease Options that we choose to spend only a little time on it in this book.
