I want to share with you why I'm not doing live seminars anymore. I did them every other month or so for about 2 years. While I enjoy teaching, understand that there is some effort in standing before a group and talking all day. Then there is the preparation, marketing and sales.
After doing it myself, I did delegate as much as possible to hired staff members. Then a business person has to look at cost and return on investment, of money and time. Well understand, it is not my desire to make a living doing seminars, like we see some of the guru's who travel around the country. Doing 3 & 5 day seminars for about $5,000. My passion is deal making, and it pays better.
