Hi everyone. I am in the process of doing some research so that I can start investing in real estate. I think that to start I would like to buy some foreclosures. I noticed that there is a tone of info. on US foreclosures but very little in Canada. Should I be going in to local banks and asking them for a list of foreclosures that they are holding or is there a better way? I may also buy a fix-it-upper and re-sell it to make a profit. Any thoughts on profitable investment strategies? Thanks, Darcy |
