I have an idea for a REI opportunity on First Nations Lands in Ontario. I am seriously considering in going forward with leasing property on a reserve for the purpose of setting up a residence(mobile home), but also renovating and selling mobile homes on a reserve. I have made a contact on a reserve that does have vacant land available, and I asked for a reply just to re-confirm that land is available for leasing and I have also passed on my idea to my contact to see if idea is of interest for the community. I am putting this message here to see if any investor may consider in joining me in my venture.
