Hi Rob. Your payments look fine to me, but your price might be low for a 3 year RTO...what is appreciation like in the area?

Since I don't use Lease/Options, I would rent the place to them on a month-to-month for those 3 months and then sign them up on an Installment Sale. But I've got to ask: Why the 3 month rental? Why not just go straight into the RTO?
