Hey Doug,
The home is in the South end of Barrie, 2 years ago the home was worth $160,000 recently the same home sold for $190,000.
Should I try and get some kind of money down when the RTO kicks in?Also my wife and I are still disagreeing on the option money, she wants to give it ALL back if they decide not to purchase, I want to keep it ALL. And the reason for the 3 month rental before the RTO is I still have 39 months left on the mortgage term.
When I start drawing up the lease agreement with my lawyer should I mention anything about the future purchase of the property on the contract or keep the 2 contracts totally seperate. Again Thanks for the help.
