Edit
Please continue your contributions Doug.

It was only through your help and guidance that I was able to complete my first Lease Option. I have been reading your posts on this site for over 2 years now, and I always find your comments and suggestions to be educational and inspiring.

Just so everyone knows:
Doug did not spoon-feed me any information. He pointed me in the right direction, gave me some titles of good books to read that would help me in making wise investment decisions.
When I asked him questions, he gave me honest answers based off of his EXPERIENCE doing these types of deals. He even made the form for doing this type of deal available to everyone... for FREE!

Once I had my client and house lined up, I sent the details to Doug, so he could review it, and make some suggestions. After he gave me a few final suggestions, I had my first signed Lease Option deal.
Did he charge me for the advice? NO.
Did he expect a cut of the deal? NO.
Did he do this to help out a fellow investor? YES!

I know that Matt and Doug have different styles of investing. And that's fine.
No offence to Matt, but his style is just not for me.
I much prefer Doug's methods, because they closely fit my character, and my investment styles.
There is nothing wrong with choosing to do one style or the other, or even a combination of them. It should be up to each person to decide which methods fit their own character and situations the best.

Finally, I want to thank Doug once more, not only for helping me get my first Lease Option, but also for inspiring me to think of my investments on a much bigger scale. Because of some his posts on this very site, I already have 2 more clients lined up to do Lease Options. Only this time I will be using a money partner (as Doug has suggested) to help me finance these new houses.

Keep up the great work Doug! I'm sure I am not the only one who has benefited from your advice.

Russ
