Wow! I'm amazed there's so many narrow minded thinkers out there. Remember, there's always more than one way of doing deals. Certain techniques may not work for some, but may work great for others. If Doug were to stop contributing than Matt would be the main source of information, which would be very one sided. Do not treat these posts as gospel, do your own due dilligence, research first and then decide based on what's best for your particular situation. If something doesn't work, try a different route, and I encourage Doug to keep contributing to give us different roads to take on our path to success.
