Doug,
I don't post here in this forum, because, well, I don't do deals in Canada. But, I lurk here and there, because frankly, its interesting to see how others invest in another country. I've got students in Australia now working on using my system and getting things worked out with their attorney to make sure the paperwork is legal and correctly protects the investor etc. I'm helping those folks FREE, because we are both learning from the experience. I always wondered if you could buy houses sub2 in Australia, and soon we'll know. I like to learn new things, whether I'll ever use them or not. My point....... I enjoy reading your posts, because your system for deals is not something I do, so it intrigues me a bit. Bottom line, you've found some things that 'work for you'.....no offense, but finally, and that's a good thing to see. Keep posting, and ingore the folks who slam with childish remarks etc...........you should know by now, a thick skin is needed in this business.....sometimes even more so when just discussing it with others online. And you know my style, I don't take guff from anyone and speak my mind......letting naysayers and stalkers slide off my back like the grease they are. Do the same, stick around, your info/insight and perspective is appreciated by more than just those who post and/or respond. There are I'm sure many lurkers other than me. Take care, and congrats by the way, I have seen you come quite a distance over recent years.
