Yeah, you are right Matt. He is totally in denial. Further conversation has made this very clear. He has two options: Lose the house by selling it
Save some of his equity
Save his credit OR Lose the house through foreclosure
Most likely lose all of his equity
Ruin his credit Obviously, the first option is better but he is counting on a miracle to happen so he can keep his house. Very interesting. Your comment about selling back to the current owner has been told to me by others as well. Thanks for the good advise. Scotty
