Unfortunately, there are VERY few materials writen for Canada. I would also say that Carlton Sheets' course is absolutely not applicable to Canada. It teaches some general concepts that are all American. I sell a few courses that are specifically written for use in Canada on my site (www.REItoolbox.com) if you're interested.
