Hello All,
I just registered here. At present I am living in the USA but would be migrating to Canada mid next year.
I have been reading a few books about real estate investments and they have been mostly(actually all of them) by american authors talking about real estate investments in America. Obviously, they have written keeping in mind the rules and regulations here in the USA. I am sure things would be different in Canada. I came across a website that sells education material specific for Canadian real estate investment. http://www.canproperty.com/ Has anyone had any experience with their material ? Can anyone recommend any material(book, audio or website etc) for Canadian specific real estate investements ?
