I actually ordered the Can Property course, and I ended up returning it. I found it to be VERY basic, and not really offering anything I did not already know. There is nothing in this course that you could not find out by a little bit of research on this web site and buying a realtor lunch. I would not recommend this course at all. There are several books on Canadian real estate that can give you the basics. Ozzie Jurock is a decent Canadian author. His web site is http://www.jurock.com/ I have read his book called "Forget about Location, Location, Location" There is another group based out of Calgary called the Motiva Group http://www.motivagroup.com I have not seen their courses at all but perhaps someone else has on this board
