Sorry, I have never heard of Albert Bedford and Canproperty before. I did however take a real estate course from a well-known Canadian REI by the name of Raymond Aaron. He operates out of Richmond Hill, ON, but his courses apply to all provinces and he heads up numerous monthly meetings across the country as well for fellow RE investors.
