Save your money when it comes to Raymond Arron. I read his book and it had very little to offer in my experience. He has been selling courses for 20 + years. I have never seen or heard of him doing any deals at all so I would definitely say he is in the seminar and course business, NOT the real estate business. He also is really big on "chicken soup for the soul" for some reason. Probably some dual marketing thing to make extra money from people. This opinion, coupled with the fact that our friend “rdingle” has never made a post on this web site before tells me that you probably should keep looking and ignore the guerrilla marketing being done.
