I have given the lawyer a $500.00 retainer & have not gotten the final bill yet.
Background check seemed ok.
Young married couple, 2 young kids just moved from her parents house. He works at Honda $60,000+
I also offered to sell them the property in a few years IF everything went well.
A couple of years ago I had another couple renting 1 of my properties & both worked at Honda, each making $60,000+/year. They lasted 3 months before I gave them the boot (late with the rent)
The other property I own has had the same couple for over 2 years and Never a problem.
