Do you guys hand write your general "We Buy Houses" signs"? Or do you have those professionally done?

By the way, Matt and Doug, I did my first deal this month! I bird-dogged a property for a local investor who is proving to be a valuable contact. Anyway, I made some decent cash, but more importantly the first deal is done and they should get easier and easier...right? ;)
