I'm not using "we buy" signs anymore, the response isn't worth the trouble around here.

I've been testing postcards but the quality of the leads is much lower than cold calling with a lower response rate, and of course it costs money too.

So right now all I'm doing is calling. That pulls in all the deals I can handle on my own anyway.
