Hey Amber, it's quite a commute but if you're interested I have 3 homes to choose from in Waterloo right now, all rent to own.

If not then calling for rent and for sale ads will work. I usually get 1 or 2 interested from 10 calls, but you may have to call 30 or 40 or more, every city is different.
