I just have a deal with a couple of realtors that if they help me out with comps and valuing the occasional property, I will refer sellers who don't fit my criteria to them. And I've also asked a general contractor friend a lot of questions. > When I first started out and found that I was making
That's good to hear Matt, because that is exactly what I am planning to do. I have a guy who will come with me and inspect the property (for $40/hour - hopefully a half an hour will be enough!) and provide a written quote. I could probably get him to do it for free if I could give him the work, but at this point, I am not rehabbing myself so I don't have the power to give him the job. Anyway, thanks for the feedback.
