You guys just call the contractors to come inspect the house what do you offer in return? Just the $40/hour?
Matt I read this in your course how much do you pay to have a home inspected by a contractor. I Know that you now of course inspect it yourself but how much do your students offer when they first start out? I know that there are home inspectors out there that charge $400-$700 per inspection but the training for them is sometimes sketchy since here in Alberta there is no formal licence requirments. For all I know they got their training certificates out of a cracker jack box.
