I'm still searching for a TB, it's tough sell, the home's not in the best of condition. I changed my signs a bit so I screen people a little better so they know what they're getting into before they call. Rent To Own

123-456-7890 I've put the signs out yesterday, and in intersections I haven't used before, I've got a lot of new calls and am leaving shortly to show the house now, since I'll be away for the weekend. As for the power of sale, I was under the impression the person I was talking to was still the owner of the house, but it's actually a mortgage broker who did the 2nd mortgage on the house. Basically, I cheked the comps, and you can get 265k for the property, and the broker is only asking 245k. I'm waiting to hear from the property manager so I can see the house, and hopefully put it under contract and assign it for 5k. I told her I don't have any intention of buying the house for myself, and will be assigning the contract, and she has no problem with that. In fact, she's going to give me more power of sale leads as well! Enjoy the long weekend everyone
