Yes, I buy and sell properties all over the Toronto area. I actually buy my properties "creatively", using no money down terms and without having to get a mortgage. Most of the properties I pick up don't really require work. However, I do buy fixers from time to time. I am originally from the states and started out buying houses creatively down there first. I have been doing deals in Canada for the past few years however. Matt Bowman
