Thanks for the responses. I am new to the game and would like to wow the crowds (:>) by flipping fixer uppers in the beginning here in Ontario.

Am I being realistic in expecting (in the northern Toronto corridor up to and including Orillia) there to be dozens of fixer upper investors who would love to jump on something to fix up and take over as many contracts as they could get their hands on?
