Hi theDavid:I hate to burst your bubble but"THERES NO SUCH THING AS NO MONEY DOWN.."I also read alot of books on how to BUT,none really tell you or else everyone would be doing so.What I do know is that it can be done only IF you have borrowed money or equity,or a very generous friend!!REMEMBER that you will be paying this back one way or another!!!I have known of an individual whom did this and he went BANKRUPPED 2yrs later??And one word of advice BE very,very carefull of those WHOM call themself's a FRIEND and who is willing to help you out I also learned the hard way and now I will be paying for it DO TO A SO CALLED FRIEND???Hope this somewhat helps you out!!
