Where are you located?

Is that where you are also finding your deals?

Are you working with a Realtor (who is your BEST friend in R.E.)?

If not, then HOW do you know that you are missing out on great deals.

Are you apart of any investing group?

TheDavid, do you have ANY money to put down as a deposit to tie up these properties? Say, $100.00 even? You need to realize that you DON'T need to put thousands of dollars down to tie up a property, just a few bucks.

Do you know how to tie up a property and then assign it to someone?

Do you have any investors in mind that you can flip these to?

theDavid, I ask these questions, as I might be able to help you close some of these deals. In this business it is not only WHAT you know but WHO you know as well.
