That sounds a lot more promising.

I live in Kitchener, and my work takes me to Waterloo, Cambridge, and Guelph on a regular basis. I don't know if there is a magazine in my area but i'll start looking for it. There is a local apartment management association that i'm going to join shortly (W.R.A.M.A). I think they hold regular monthly meetings for rental property owners. Might be a good place to get started.

I have another question. Can you use your RRSP's as colateral to borrow money for a down payment?
