Hello dk,
can you tell me if this property is still for sale? I am interested in the area(golden triangle), but feel your asking price of 90,000 per unit is very high, even for that area. I have checked and found a couple other similar units that sold for about 72,000 - 76,000 per unit very recently? Can you tell me if tenants pay for utilities and what kind of heating you have(boiler/elec/gas)? Will you hold some money? thank-you. Cam. |
