Prices have really moved the last few years haven't they? When i bought my home in the early 90's the price hardly budged for 8 years.
I just recieved my assesment for 2006 and the assessed value increased by 33% over last year! If they treat commercial assesments the same i can see why prices are increasing ...
I think i have seen advertisements for one of the realtors you are talking about, his adds always get my attention.
Mike, may i ask you about operating costs and expenses, perhaps privately through e-mail? I'm in the information gathering stage, and i'd like to find out some specifics regarding operating a 6 or 12 plex.
