Edit
Thank you for the reply BUT,you are wrong I do know the "ACT".And I do know that I can not increase the rent more than 6.1% even than I need to prove to the board my intantions of increasing the rent to my next lowest,in-wich is $650 that will be an increase of $200 and also need their approval!!I do know that the tenat does not want the increase and are willing to put up a fight they are aware that they are paying really low rent(we all know that they have more rights than a landlord)My question is?Is there another way of getting the job done!!And yes I am new @ this. Thanks for any help!!!
