Thanks for getting back to me DK. Unfortunatley, as previously mentioned; the area does not support that asking price(90per unit). At the most I would consider is 80 per unit with 15 back, which is higher than recent sales. And of course I need to see the std figures....which I previously posted. Again, thanks for the post back, but that's the best i can do given the market you are in. If there is interest let me know and I will post my contact info. PS...is this the listed one on MLS? I noticed one that has the same asking price in the Guelph area- is that one yours?
If so, when does the listing expire? If not, I guess you're clean and good to go. thanks again. Cam.
