Edit
Hi Elvis:Thank you on responding.I know it sounds a little of the wall and it's kind of hard for me to explain! What I am trying to do is by-pass any fight between my self and tenant and also trying to explain my problem with the tribunal as to why these tenants can get away with really cheap rent on my expence.Just thought that I would ask anyone out there IF anyone has ever had to deal with a situation such as this one????You have to remember that I inhereted these tenants when I took over the property. In case anyone wants to know I live in ontario. Thanks for ANY response DK
