Hi DK.
There is one way...and only one way to legally do it. And I have done this. Others may want to take note of this technique - Ontario only.

You need to offer them employment as your agent or superintendant. I would offer them 1/2 to full rent depending on how they respond. Then you terminate them after a mth. There is no legal defense to this from the ORHT as long as the forms are correct.
