Hi Cam, welcome to the board. you should be careful what info you post. we don't need to have someone from the OHRT read this and change the rules. we are strapped enough in this province with the liberal left wing tenant protection act. short of giving the tenants year round free rent we must leave what is in the act that landlords can work with, should be left alone.
