Hi Cam:Yes I have had 4-interested.The 1-thing stopping the deal is that they MUST assume mortg.due to the high penalty I will receive unless I trasfer mortg>(mortg,that I have is @ a very good rate since rate has now gone up)Thanks for the help!! DK
