I do have your Lease/Option, I attented a seminar of your in Ottawa some time ago, and I do use it when I am acquiring a property. I am not sure if it makes a difference but the lawyer was concerned when I own the property and was leasing it out. As for custom clauses for different situtations do you have a clause book that a person can skim through, pick out the clause needed and insert it into the contract? That is something I, and I am sure many others would be interested in.
