Each of my contracts contain the specific custom clauses that are appropriate to the deals they are designed for. I don't provide a "clause book" for people to skim through because all the clauses are already in the contracts. Picking and choosing through them defeats the purpose of why they are there. If you are using my paperwork, you are using a rental agreement and a purchase agreement when selling on a rent to own. They each contain exactly what they should have in them to protect you and make the deal work properly. Now, I have updated the paperwork a few months ago, so I'm not sure if you have the most current ones, but they have been slightly modified to tighten them up a bit more. Any way, you should not be adding or removing any of the clauses in the paperwork as they are. This is why a clause book would not be appropriate. Everything included or excluded has been done that way for a specific reason that I have had to deal with over the years. Matt Bowman Related link: www.REItoolbox.com
