I have been reading as much of the forum as possible and have been learning a ton which I thank you all. I have a question though and I was hoping someone could help me with it. How does a lender/bank look at a VTB? Do they still look for a 25% downpayment usually or do they consider the VTB at all? Thanks for any help you could provide.
