It actually depends on more then just age and type of the house. If you're going to be using this house for student lodging then it will also depend on how many units/rooms that you will be renting out. If there is more then six the premiums will be higher. Are you or a family member going to live in the house? This may change your premiums as well. there are other factors. Find a couple good insurance brokers that deals with student lodging and compare quotes.
