Due to many requests of people to me and posts on this site and others, I am organizing a real estate investor's club in Toronto. I will be giving short lessons/presentations on various aspects of the creative real estate investing at the meetings. I also intend to have various professionals (lawyers. mortgages brokers, etc.) who are familiar with, and can help YOU with creative deals come and speak as well. Some of my students will come as well and share their experiences and talk about the deals they have done and are doing! I will be holding meetings once monthly in Toronto. The first meeting is set for April 15, 2006 from 5-7 PM. This will be an opportunity for everyone who attends to network with other investors and beginners. You can also bring along active deals to get some help with them as well! I will personally be available to help and answer questions also.
