Many people who post here only do so every now and then. Some only post once looking for information on a specific subject. Other times, activity just simply dies down.

As I have been teaching creative real estate for years now, I have seen that about 99.98% of the people who attend my seminars or take my courses never do anything with the information. They are very busy and interested for a short time, asking questions, making posts, and other activity. However, after a month or so of finding out that they have to actually do something other than read a course in order to make money, like actually put some work into the business, they simply disappear.

Not trying to sound too harsh or critical of people in general, but this is why you sometimes see a flurry of activity of a discussion board, then suddenly weeks with no activity.
