King, It seems that CRE Investors with superb selling skills are the ones that can truly excel in this business. Having the abilities to build trust/rapport, to bring out homeowner's emotional needs/pains and to let them sell themselves, appears to be a common trait of the successful investors I have met. I've been studying Sandler Sales for some time now, and it appears to mirror a lot of what I've seen in your articles and posts. Can you recommend any other books/tapes/courses, that you've used to help make you the salesperson you are today? - and I hope tou don't take offense to being called a "salesperson"  Thanks,
