Each time I attend a real estate seminar, I always take time to look around and take a quick estimate of the attendance and wonder how many of those in attendance will actually put what they have learned into practice or simply not try anything because it is to hard or time consuming. I also make a vow not to be one of those people who who lasts 2 weeks, 2 months or 2 years in the real estate business. I believe in patience and persistence and strive to practice those, especially when I feel my enthusiasm waning. You provide a forum that helps to calm fears and answer questions and keep folks on the right track. It is greatly appreciated. Thanks. paul/texas
