 Limey. Good Stuff dude. King's Law of Public Commitment is an excellent Tao (way). Here are some of mine, starting with my health, for without good health, nothing else matters.

No food after 8:00 PM.
Fast on Mondays. Water Only.
Run 15 miles a week.
Toning Exercises 4 days a week.
Treats on Saturdays and Sundays.
