This King has made far less deals with repeated contacts to the same person. I rarely try to pursuade a seller beyond one contact. Either they want to play or they don't. All that said, let me now say this. To start, forget about getting a computer to keep track of your direct mail efforts. Do it with index cards. You will have a firmer grasp on the task at hand and you will physically touch and beome familiar with each card. You will not have THAT many in the beginning anyway. When you do make contact with a truly motivated seller, you will work your King's Mastermind Scripts, foraging for their motivation and finding out EXACTLY why they are selling.
