Hi King,prosperous new year to you!
I'm going over the new buy/sell agreement and noticed a few omissions,such as "the seller hereby offers to sell..." , "sellers option to cancel" and line 6 "the attorney objects to it's legality...".
I'm wondering why the changes and will this have any affect on the presentation or negotiation aspects of the document,and if so are you going to update your buy/sell agreement tapes?
