First Timer. Run this ad if you want to get a ton of calls. Your City. X Br. X Ba. A/C <--Br=Bedrooms. Ba = Baths
Or this ad if you want even more calls: Your City. X Bf. X Ba. A/C
Both ads are centered. Bold the "RENT TO OWN" line on both ads. Test both ads in the "Houses For Rent" and "Houses For Sale" sections of your newspaper. Try your major metropolitan newspaper on Sunday only. Test your "shopper" newspapers (Pennysaver, Greensheet, Horse Trader, et cetera) during the week. Tally results from each. Calculate how much you spend in total and per ad. When people call in ask them where they saw the ad. Tally all calls and calculate the cost per call. If you do all that, you will know which paper delivers the most calls (total) and which paper delivers the lowest cost per call. Keep a journal of these, your first "Adventures In Transaction Engineering" and let us know how it goes. Once you start getting calls, you will surely want to know what to do next. Short of investing in your King's Home Study (which are hot btw...and way totally worth the money) just ask....right here...on this Messagew Board...and Your King will tell you. Your King |
