Generally, I don't buy on ebay from sellers with such low feedback ratings. They should build up a rating as a buyer first, since reliable buyers usually are reliable sellers. I've seen too many people get burned by sellers with no previous ebay track record. Not to say that you would encounter problems with this particular seller, just something you need to decide if it is worth the risk.
