This guy called me on the ad I had placed in the paper (I will buy your house full price . . ) I used that phone script you sent (just like the free one) and I told the guy to meet me at bob evans at 1:30pm. I listen to what I could of the tapes but that contract is the ANSWER. It was a little different than the free one but after I listen to the tapes on the ride to bob evans I figured just ask questions from it . . . . .

I got 90 days to close. 1200/year for 5 years 1st payment due in 12 months (0% interest) collaterized with my signature (what!) prepay in 12 months at 40% discount. I got 10% advanced payment. $100 buys me the right to extend the closing date 30 days. I didn't get any personal property and seller pays 0% closing cost. It will cost him $1000 to cancel my agreement (I later listen to the tape $500 is what i should have said . . . .but business is business! He gave me $10 to bind the agreement. . . . . and he and his wife signed it . . .

As he and his old girl (wife) were signing (oking the agreement) I bought cheese cake for everybody at the table.

PS: I Forgot to tell ya King, I didn't have a Notary so I told the couple I forgot something in my car. (They had not signed yet!!!) I ran across the street to the truck dealer and paid the finance guy $25 bucks to Notarize (did I spell that right) this deal for me. He came over, they signed I signed, He squeezed. Ha Ha Ha

PSS. I Think I will do all my deals at car dealerships!!!
