I need to pump up the volume

My King,

I know your supposed to wait until the motivated seller calls you but . . . .

I am impatiant (I know I didn't spell that right) and i'm gonna call everybody in my fief who has a home for sale. (pump up the volume)

I have absolutely no fear of rejection (Before I was married I wanted to date hot chicks but I was not very attractive (not ugly either . . . well not that ugly : ) or athletic ) so I developed persistance and technique. Persistence to overcome the rejection and technique to have a higher closing average (Get the date or the "hook up")

The biggest confidence builder was when I learned that "People are Predictable in Numbers" Thats right! I know that no matter what i do or say 10% of everybody that hears my Idea will hate it. I also know that no matter what I do or say 10% of everybody who hears my idea will love it.

Now the love / hate aspect is in degrees or scales like the 1 - 10 (I really like the idea but . . . . to sign me up right damn now!)

The other 80% are in the great referral pool. They are influenced by what other people say! (sheep) They are just like the weather(changing all the time) wondering why nothing in their life ever works.

So busineses advertise to the influencial and the others follow what they say! Make one of the influencial mad and they take with their chunk of the 80% (sphere of influencene usually about 250 people). . . . thats why fads come and go.

Thats why I Know I cannot fail in the Real Estate Business !

No matter how much i stumble and bumble through communicating with people i know if i talk directly to 100 people this will happen;

10% will hate me and my ideas in varying degrees (You
want to do what with my house you @#%^&^^*&&(^%#$#% t

10% will love me and my ideas in varying degrees(Sounds like a good deal to me i just want to get out of my house)

The other 80% are referral (I heard you took care of such and such and They told me you were great so I decided to give you a call to see if you could help me!) or (My best friend told me you cheated them so I would never do business with you if you were the last person in the universe who would help me)

Thats why companys pay famous, popular people get paid to say "Man, I really like and use this stuff and If you like me you should use this stuff also" Michael Jordan - Nike! Nuff said . . .

The only variable is your technique because with technique you can turn the 10% who like you into a breathing commercial for you to there sphere of influence (chunk of the 80%) or without technique you can add to the 10% who do hate what you say and do.

The technique i need is how to properly phrase questions!

With chicks (when I wasn't married) If I ran my big ass mouth too much my closing ratio was .5% of the 10% who liked me (that .5% was drunk or under the influence of some illegial substance (weed) . . .but if I ask questions about them and there intrest . . .

So my king,

I am gonna cold call. I gotta pump up the volume. I need your help! I need the critical words to say (to get that appointment to have them meet me at the bob evans near the car dealership using your seller call sheet) and this is what i predict will happen;

Out of the 100 calls 10 will meet me at the bob evans and 5 will close. (with good technique 7-8) The worst I will do is make $1000 (the cost of getting out of the deal) So 60k is the worst i can do in my first year of investing. You will also not be getting any of the 80% money either (referrals. They will tell everybody or everybody will somehow find out they did not do the deal. They will justify this with comment to the 80% like "The deal sounded fishy to me" or "My lawyer, cousin, brother-in-law said that was illegal) This will require talking to 1200 people (min) in a 12 month period. This will require the extremely hard work of Making 5 calls a day Monday thru Friday (weekends off) using my King script. Thats 100 per month.

note: This is not that call / leave message stuff either. This is 5 conversations with the person who's name is on the title! everthing else does not count toward these numbers.

note #2: The 60k does not include the advertisement you told me to run. That will be extree. . . .

Give me just a little technique and i can figure out the rest. I can't fail because people are predictable in numbers!
